Beautiful hand carved nativity

This beautiful piece now has a permanent place in our living room as a reminder of our vacation in Peru. We saw it while shopping but it was not until I found the Novica web site and read about the company and the artist (John Barrow) that we decided to make the purchase. She is amazing!

The expression on this angel's face is so touching. When you look at her you can see not only comfort and love, but also sadness. I have no idea how the artisans pulled that out of a wooden sculpture, but they did. She is truly beautiful.

Beautiful gift!

I loved this nativity as soon as I saw it, but I hesitated to buy it for myself because I already had a nativity that I liked a lot. The next year, my husband bought it for me as a gift, and I am so glad. It's exquisite! The picture doesn't even do it justice. I will treasure it always.
