Add a bold touch to your spaces with this graphic area rug by Bulmaro Mendoza. He crafts it in 100% sheep's wool colored with natural dyes, and decorates it using classic Zapotec-style agave designs. Born in Teotitlan del Valle, Oaxaca, Bulmaro Mendoza learned traditional Zapotec weaving as a boy from his parents. He now runs a workshop with them where they create textiles using local wool and organic dyes.

This bright and beautiful Zapotec area rug is created by Mexico's Juan Contreras Garcia. Artisans weave the rug from pure wool yarns on a traditional pedal loom in a colorful diamond pattern. Fringe accents both ends.
