Can't say enough good things about the artisan Daniel Vargas STUNNING WORK as well as the packaging! I was simply overwhelmed with joy when I opened the box. So much love and care there...(I will not spoil it for you; just buy something beautiful from this store and you will see for yourself) I am a very busy person doing 90% of shopping online and here I am - writing my FIRST EVER REVIEW... I think what drew me to this decorative gourd was the bright cheerful colors and flora and fauna motif. Since my home at the moment has a South if the Border feel full of bright colors this piece complements it very well.

Bright and beautiful hummingbirds

The hummingbird squadron is bright, beautiful and charming. Wonderful to hang on a Christmas tree or in a kitchen window (which is where I currently display my little hummers). The art work is wonderful and the packaging and gift wrap are great. The package arrived when expected and in excellent shape. The only suggestion I would have to the creator of these wonderful little ornaments is that it would be great if the painted designs were on both sides of the ornament. I have my hummingbirds displayed in a window which allows the wind to blow them around and I only wish they had the gorgeous painted design on both sides of the ornament for that reason. But these are such a great little squadron anyway! Cheers to the artist and to Novica !
