Ritu Thapar in India creates some Bollywood-esque chandelier earrings from natural terracotta ceramic. She paints the earrings by hand and sets them on sterling silver hooks. In this design, elaborately painted teardrops suspend a shower of black beads.

Wood and 24k gold-plated brass accents compose this bold pair, inspired by the region's pre-Hispanic culture.
