HOW TO USE: Squeeze a few drops into your fingertip or palm, gently tap, and press into the skin. The skin should feel silky after the serum has evaporated. Follow up with a moisturizer as needed. Use daily. In the morning and/or at night. Don't forget to use sunscreen, always!

Some stickiness is normal upon initial application but disappears after the serum dries. Lactobionic Acid is hydrating, and better at water-binding than glycerin. EqualRXN suggests using 3-4 drops either by itself or under a moisturizer, wait for it to dry before applying more products.
