By Deepti Lav, these parasol shaped Indian jhumki earrings dazzle a room. The bases are first molded from double-fired terracotta clay. The artist hand-paints the fired ceramic pieces in hues of gold and red before mounting them on sterling silver posts.

They are lighter weight than you might expect due to the materials used. I think they look really nice!

Its a lightweight hand beaded piece. Very cute and wont drag your ear lobes down. The reason for the four stars Is a bit of the necklace didnt have the black paint on it, I will be wearing this to work as the customers enjoy the jewelry I have purchased from Novica. We must support the Free Trade system as much as we can.
