Recycled glass beads in a variety of colors adorn the surface of this eco-friendly African mask, hand-carved from local sese wood. Featuring an original design by Ghanaian artisan Awudu Saaed, the mask also features hand-painted motifs for a complex look. The artisan names the mask Samba, meaning "messenger" in the language of the Zarma people from Niger.
