This wonderful decorative box is crafted using reverse-painted glass techniques, whereby the motifs are carefully painted on the backs of glass panes before they are secured to the wooden box. Felicita Espinoza in Peru designs the box, which depicts children happily opening gifts around a Christmas tree.

“A gift fit for a queen”

Such a beautiful painted glass tray. So many potential uses including as a unique dresser vanity tray. I gave this to my beloved godmother. I wanted her to have something as beautiful and special as she is to me. Thank you Felicita for capturing the beautiful and vibrant colors. This tray is not muted as are some of the reverse painted glass items. Thank you for creating this work of art.

“Great Item for a future artist”

This was a Christmas gift for my niece who just graduated with a degree in graphic design. When she opened the gift, she was so taken back by the artwork, and the reverse mirror painting. She loved it!
