This original mask by Sefah Mohammed personifies a dapper obla nuu. Meaning "gentleman" in the Ga language, the handsome mask is hand-carved of sese wood featuring ridges on the top resembling well-combed hair. Mohammed incorporates embossed aluminum plates on the cheeks and forehead, and completes the mask with painted details.
