Hand Painted papier Mache Elephants (pair), "Orange Flower Friends"

Working in the time-honored tradition of papier mache, Mohammad Hussain Baba creates these sweet figurines. The pair of elephants is crafted of weeping willow wood before being covered in multiple layers of papier mache. Once sanded smooth, they are carefully hand-painted with floral motifs in orange and gold.
