With a long, colorful tail – longer than the bird itself – this creation by Raul Vinelli could not be more Brazilian. The scarlet macaw is known in Brazil as the arara, and takes its name from its hoarse call, "arrarrar!" Sculpted of pinewood and liana vines, this delightful work is a constant reminder of the rich avian life sheltered by the rainforest.
Because each piece is an original sculpture, there may be slight variations from that pictured.
