"I crafted this necklace to bless you with good health," declares Ila Suleyman. From his "Laafi" collection meaning "good health" in the Mamprusi language, the necklace is centered by a cow bone pendant escorted by terracotta and sese wood beads. Yellow beads recycled from plastic bottles and vinyl discs are diligently threaded by hand for a necklace that fastens with a brass hook.

I get compliments on this necklace almost each time I wear it. Matches my wardrobe palette of rust, black and brown. Love that it is chunky enough to be seen without being too big. Thank you, Ila Suleyman! - Laurie, Los Angeles

This is a quality piece. Tightly woven. So unusual. I love it.

This looks great with a simple black dress--everyone at this gala event commented on it! My favorite necklace!
