“Whimsical but Disappointing”

This was a rare misstep for Novica. Im keeping them because theyll be a fun addition to our tree, but the craftsmanship isnt up to your usual standards, especially for the price. I understand these are hand-carved wood, but they look like standard molded resin. The painting on a couple is off a little as well. In other words, they look like inexpensive run-of-the-mill decorations and not well-crafted art.

“Magnificent!”

I ordered this as a gift for a friend. It arrived in perfect condition, beautifully wrapped in heavy paper decorated with a hand-made straw figure. The journal itself far exceeded my expectations-the cover is totally unique, and the mask and embossing on the cover are exquisite. The binding is sturdy and the paper inside is handcrafted. My friend and I were blown away by how much care and attention to detail went into this journal. 100% recommend. Thank you, Komang, for such a treasure!
