I am a painter, a colorist by intuition and this shade of green appears in my artwork and my bath walls, my scarves And now, I can enjoy it whenever Iook on my finger. Such a soothing shade, framed with elegant restraint. The roping does not overwhelm the beauty of the stone, the split shank band draws the eye to the lovely stone. I love being a traveler on Novica! And I love that for a very reasonable cost I am able to contribute to Artists and Crafts people around the world. A universal connection. And best of all is to discover a piece that speaks to me, a treasure just waiting for me to discover. This is darker than in the photo, but matches the set. I bought these for my young daughter so that she could have her own set and it makes her look like a Mayan princess. I took a few links out so it would fit well around her little neck and I will put them back in as she grows. Same goes for the bracelet. We have small necks and wrists so I have to take a link out for bracelets and two for necklaces for myself. Anyway, this is the cutest set. It's classic and a rich jaguar green, but also very cute and appropriate, in my opinion, for any age. I love the pieces I have bought from Zandra. This woman makes excellent quality and beautiful styles. I have bought several pieces and I love the ones I have and can't wait to receive the rest. My grandmother would be have been starry eyed seeing my "baby" in her very own Mayan jade in her own size.
