Indian artisan Babun Dey is fortunate in that his work is also his passion. "I knew I wanted to design jewelry as my profession, and my father taught me everything he knew," he says. This floral medallion with multi colored petals is designed to energize the chakras. From Alok Jain, the sterling silver necklace is studded with amethyst, quartz, iolite, citrine, peridot, garnet and carnelian.
