Peruvian artisan Alfredo Falcon crafts the lightweight ruana using a blend of acrylic and soft alpaca. Open in front, the ruana has two buttons along its sides that serve to create very loose-fitting arm holes. Gorgeous Christmas Gift

I bought this for my mother, and it is even more beautiful in person, thanks to the incredibly soft baby alpaca. Red is slightly rusty, just a little and it is more ivory on the pattern than white. My mother is 5’9 a size 10, the large fits her exactly.

These are wondeful ruana's. Easily worn in the office, and in spring/autumn as outerwear. The color here is more like a medium/flecked/mottled or cocoa brown, like the lightest parts seen in the photograph.
