Ocean Soul cuff bracelet is adjustable. Fits a small wrist, 6.25. The beautiful silver decorations around the cow bone face are like a beautiful frame enhancing the look of the face. I wear the bracelet with Buanas cow bone ring, Face of the Moon. Good value. Happy with purchase.
