“Sterling Silver Horse Head Chain Bracelet, Strong Horse. No response”

Lovely bracelet but the tail piece does not fit into the horses mouth without the help of another person. It takes pressure to slide the tail over a too small, narrow opening of the horses mouth where there is a pin it has to go over. There is a pin coming from the top of the mouth and you must slide the tail over it for it to close and secure the latch. I asked if they thought I could shave some of the pin to make it fit. Nice bracelet but way too much problem to put on.
