Hanging from an agel grass cord, this birdhouse features excellent hand-carved motifs in the shape of fish scales. In memory of Indonesian artisan Putra Suteja, his family crafts the piece by hollowing out a coconut shell with an opening in the side for birds to enter. It hangs from an agel grass cord.

This product is exactly as described, looks great, and seems very sturdy. I bought it for my mother and shes looking forward to setting it up in the spring and hopefully attracting some birds!

This beautiful creation will delight my twenty-year-old grandson when he opens it Christmas morning. I put a small tea light inside that highlights the intricate carving in this treasure. My grandson appreciates beautiful, creative artwork, and will delight in this addition to his growing collection. I cant thank you enough, dear Putra. Thank you.

Im one of those people who takes special pride in the ability to find The Perfect Gift, and this is one of them -- in this case for my brother, whose taste is very particular and unlike my own. I wasnt sure but I took a chance and Bingo -- this totally hit the very narrow intersection of his taste and mine! He called me from Spain, raving about it, the design, the workmanship, the beauty of it -- thank you for helping me wish my beloved brother a happy birthday!
