Exquisitely hand-painted and carved from jempinis wood in Bali, this splendid jewellery box will transport you to an enchanted forest. Artisan Gusti Ngurah Semarajaya's alluring design showcases a magical scene where butterflies, trees, plants, flowers and a river are beautifully depicted in a palette of green, blue, yellow, brown, black and white hues, leaving exposed some of the rich wood grains. “This is a cherished heirloom…”

As with the wooden doll, spiritual seeker, this is to a mystical creation. My husband continues to comment on the skills and imagination it took to create such a piece. Again, many thanks. If any one is considering purchasing one of Gusti creations, the answer is an overwhelming YES!!!
