Artwork, "Sacred Blessing"

A single frangipani blossom nestles in dew-kissed moss as early morning's peace pervades the soul. Beautifully captured by Ryan Chappell's lens, the scene is set in the Chiang Mai Wat Umong temple. "The flower in the photo was placed on the Buddha sculpture as a blessing, most likely by a passerby the night before," the photographer muses.

Chappell prints the photograph on Fujicolor crystal archive paper and mounts it with a mat board passe-partout.
