Saw this beautiful necklace and purchased it as a birthday gift for a friend. When it arrived, it was as pretty and unique as the photo. I put it up for a but 3 weeks until her birthday. When I took it out to wrap, only the chain was shiny and silver. The om charm had turned brassy. I tried to polish it with a sterling polishing cloth to no avail. I am so disappointed. I have purchased many times, even from this seller, with no problems until now.
