This bold accessory is handcrafted by the artisans of the Domenech Foundation's Callotl Project in El Salvador, dedicated to the sustainable progress of the Costa del Sol region and the preservation of sea turtles. Through their work, they repurpose underappreciated coconut materials, once destined for firewood, into eco-conscious goods that pay homage to the region's extraordinary biodiversity.

After experimenting for two years, Thailand's Danai developed unique electroplating techniques. He states, "...my partner's father suggested that we...create something representative of the area, and we came up with the idea of covering natural products such as exotic flowers and plants with gold." He presents a stunningly beautiful necklace consisting of a gold-flashed Ascocentrum hybrid orchid with a resin coating suspended from a 22k gold-plated brass cable chain. The eyecatching necklace closes securely with a lobster claw clasp.
