Mexican artisan Armando Sobreyra handcrafts a whimsical ceramic tequila decanter in the Talavera style. Shaped like the torso of a man, the body of the decanter is decorated as if the man were wearing a serape (a colourful woven blanket used as a shawl or cloak). The serape is in bright colours of yellow, blue, orange and green with floral, dot, and swirl motifs. The cork stopper is affixed to a ceramic sombrero, completing the look.

“Vivid colors - High quality”

This flower pot is the perfect size for our Christmas cactus. Beautifully made. So glad I was able to find one here on Novica (the one we had before got broken by our silly cat). I will definitely look at more of Armandos work.
