Designed by Ghana's Kobina Asmah and meticulously hand-carved from sese wood, this unique accessory showcases aluminium on the top elegantly poised to hold a pillar candle (not included) and is adorned with embossed accents of the same material on the sides.

This sculpture of the Benin Oba is rare, but the item I received did not have the richness of the picture. Also the sculptures coloring on the neck had bed a-lot when the item arrived. This was going to be a culmination moment of my current collection. .
