Nengah Sudarsana of Bali creates his interpretation of the classic adage of the three wise monkeys in this handcrafted statuette. Hand carved from suar wood and stained brown, three monkeys sit one behind the other and each reminds us of one part of that sage maxim "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil," as one monkey covers its eyes, another its ears, and the third its mouth.
