Stringed instruments join their voices as a cellist and violinist play a sweet duet. Armando Ramirez crafts the image from an amazing assortment of recycled metal and automobile parts. Sheet metal scraps, spark plugs, screws and wire all find a new life in this unique sculpture.
The artisan does not give his sculptures a fine polished finish, therefore smudges and scratches may be present.

I couldn't resist getting this for my cellist son. It adds to his collection of the single cellist. Great finds I made on Novica!

I first purchased a piece of Armondos metal recycled art here in the US at Christmas village, it is a holiday outdoor village market, that they have for about a month only during the holidays. It is a village of different cultures/nationalities, from all over the world. I bought an upcycled Motorcycle piece. Unfortunately all I have is a photo of the box, with the picture of the item on it. As I gave it to someone as a gift. It was just so unique, the perfect gift for whom I was purchasing it for. Fast forward I returned to the Christmas village yearly looking for his stuff again, but to my sadness he was not there. About two years ago, I found his art work here on Novica and purchased another piece(Truck Cab) for a gift. Again the gift was a hit, the person loved it, and its uniqueness, that no 2 are really the same, because they are hand crafted. I am a big Fan of Armondos upcycled art.
