Artisan Ana Fernandez of Peru designs this men's long-sleeve pullover sweater made from luxuriously soft 100% alpaca wool with a quarter-zip collar. In varying shades of brown, the sweater features stripes in the background and a vertical wave pattern in the foreground.
About her designs, the artisan says, "For me, designing is a fusion of ideas. I blend fashion trends with my own favorite sources of inspiration, which are Victorian textiles and our Peruvian culture. I love designing apparel of alpaca wool and cotton because this really makes a contribution to society. It lets me give jobs to local people, especially women who want to get ahead and move to central Peru seeking a better future."

These are beautiful and make a great gift. The pair I received were on the bigger side so if you have very small hands they might be too big.

Beautiful cardigan, soft, fine and well made, looks like the picture. Beautiful colors and design. I will change the buttons which are a bit bigger, with the same color but with shank, not holes in front. It fits perfect and can be worn casual or over a dress, similar color, as I intend to do. It took a while to come but I am very pleased with the work and it is worth every penny. Thank you!
