Icelandic sigils were used by Vikings to protect themselves in times of trouble or to invite positive energies into their adventures. Fascinated by these unique symbols, Balinese artisan Made Wardika handcrafts a leather cord necklace with a cow bone pendant featuring a Vegvísir or Viking Compass sign, believed to help the traveller find their way. On top of that, the accessory has sterling silver accents for a luminous look.

My Protector”

I just love the owl and what it stands for. This is an amazingly delicate pendant for the carving to be so detailed. When not wearing, I keep it hanging in my car.

Amazing Craftmanship”

The pendant is wonderfully made. The first thing I noticed about the octopus was some of its tenticles were balanced on its head. I loved that because it made it more friendly looking than menacing. I was so excited to receive it.
