Nantana Sompamitre depicts a scene inspired by the Ramakian, the Thai version of the epic Ramayana when Rama rides to the battle in which he defeats the wicked Ravana. Depicted in golden foil on finely lacquered lacquered mango wood, it graces a petite jewellery box lined in velvet.

“Pretty”

The bpx is well made and a nice addition to my collection. Only wish the green wasmore prominent like the photo shows. The green is a bit subdued.

“Small treasures for small treasures”

These three lacquered wood fish boxes are very small so may not be practical for many though if someone loves fish they can be a great symbol. The boxes open for storage of very small items.
