Organize your life with this lovely earring holder in the shape of a graceful white branch. Hand crafted from jempinis wood, this tall jewelry stand is perfect for a large collection of earrings; it boasts seven waving leaves that hold three or four pairs of earrings each. Artisan Yudi Suardi calls this piece Daun Salam, an Indonesian phrase that means "bay leaf." Please note the leaves and base are packaged separately for safe shipping.

The piece is very beautiful. You can almost see the wings flutter as the hummingbirds feed. It was surprising to me how light-weight it is. And its amazing that it was created from what was basically trash wood.
You can find our wood Jewellery holder 'Daun Salam in White' (21 inch) by Yudi Suardi in jewellery boxes categories such as Leaf and Tree Stands and Wood Stands. Enjoy exploring these sections for other Novica treasures.

"Benalu was not used in sculptures but only as firewood. But I saw the enormous potential in this wood because of its unique and fascinating shapes — no two pieces are ever identical."
