On the outside of the bag are two pockets, one velcro and one zippered. The inside of the bag has a light blue cotton lining and one zip pocket.

“So Simple Yet So Useful”

This strap works perfectly and its much faster than trying to get ones mat into a bag. I really appreciate thats its already several years old and the Velcro still sticks. In a pinch I use it as a yoga strap for holding my leg in place for different poses.

“Perfect Birthday Gift”
