In the Akan language, asuo refers to two people of the same social status, while ahantan means pride. Kwaku Ofosuhene inventively touches upon these ideas in this piece, rendering cultural meanings from the heart of sese wood. Brass, copper, and aluminium sheets adorn the elongated features with fascinating designs, such as the rhinoceros charging across the forehead. Finished in mansion polish, the work is sure to captivate the imagination.

A pretty soft green. Love the twist and the fact the earrings are made out of recycled glass. Would like the hooks a bit longer.

This was my first Novica purchase, so I was wary. But I was blown away by the quality of the piece and very happy with the size. Shipping was much faster than I anticipated based on the delivery window I was provided, and the item was well-packaged for protection of the artwork. The gift wrapping was beautiful, as well! Overall, everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations, and I am a very satisfied customer. I would purchase from this artist again oh, and have I already purchased from Novica several times now!

This is a fun and attractive bracelet that compliments any outfit. Great colors and it stays in place. I don?t have large wrists and it was a rather snug fit, plenty of room to get it on and not be tight, but not for someone with large wrists.
