Hand-painted in dazzling orange and green hues, Ira S.'s charming sculpture is a masterclass in colour theory. The artisan in West Java uses local suar wood to craft the sculpture, diligently carving its features by hand. Painted with fine, feathery details, the duck looks as if it could really quack.

I have loved ducks ever since I was a young child. I have many carved ones around my home and this one is a beautiful complement to them. It is exquisitely carved and the painting is done impeccably.
