With the desire to carry on the tradition of Balinese wood carving, the talented artisan hand carves these dancing birds with passion, skill, and an incredible attention to detail. Using local jempinis wood and benalu wood, the artisan brings the two birds to life, accentuating every detail and inviting the onlooker to bask in the cheerfulness and curiosity of the hummingbirds. “Well done”

An excellent choice of what would normally be scrap wood. It works well. I would suggest that the birds be wrapped separately when shipped because of their beaks being so delicate.

“Hummingbird couple”

Received 2 sculptures, one for gift and one for self. Both pieces unique and exquisite. The artist is a master and work is perfection. My husband checked out the work and could not stop with the compliments. He insisted that we had to keep one for our home and if necessary could purchase again when needed. Thank you.

We love art, sculptures, paintings, etc On display in home for enjoyment

“Incredibly Lifelike”

The piece is very beautiful. You can almost see the wings flutter as the hummingbirds feed. It was surprising to me how light-weight it is. And its amazing that it was created from what was basically trash wood.
