Molinari Family artisans find inspiration in a cachepó, or "basket" for this delightful art glass vase. Gentle monochrome droplets pose on graceful waves of handblown glass. With elegant contours and glossy allure, the serene deep purple vase is a superb example of the glass blower's art. The sculptural piece is representative of glass techniques brought to Brazil from Murano Island in Italy.
Because each piece is handmade, shape and size can vary slightly and tiny bubbles may appear within the glass. This exemplifies the hand-blown technique, making every piece a unique example of blown glass craftsmanship.

I don t normally leave reviews but have to make an exception in this case. This is a beautiful piece, substantial and well made. Nice to see there are still places where craftsmanship matters. I ve wanted to buy this for YEARS but worried my kids were too small to have a gorgeous piece of glass around. I needn t have worried, I wished I d bought it sooner.
