Using jade obtained in the foothills of the Sierra de las Minas in Zacapa, Guatemala, Pablo Roquel cuts, carves, and polishes these ethereal black teardrops until they are smooth and lustrous. The droplets are suspended on sterling silver ear wires, which are buffed to a high polish for brilliant contrast.
