By Kwaku Ofosuhene Apenteng, this intriguing mask depicts an antelope, the totem of the royal family's Agona clan from Aburi. Long horns spiral upward while the alert face shows human lips. Earrings of clay beads and cotton threads complete the design.

This mask arrived and looks exactly like it does on the website. It is a beautiful addition to my expanding collection.

A pretty soft green. Love the twist and the fact the earrings are made out of recycled glass. Would like the hooks a bit longer.

This was my first Novica purchase, so I was wary. But I was blown away by the quality of the piece and very happy with the size. Shipping was much faster than I anticipated based on the delivery window I was provided, and the item was well-packaged for protection of the artwork. The gift wrapping was beautiful, as well! Overall, everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations, and I am a very satisfied customer. I would purchase from this artist again oh, and have I already purchased from Novica several times now!
