This shawl was worth the wait. The photo in the catalog and online are beautiful but just can't due justice to the item in your hands. So intricate and delicate, almost sheer in spots, it is really something special!
I received the shawl today and it's beautiful. It was even in a nice envelope like netting with a material button which made it even more nice. It is isn't too heavy for wearing on cooler summer nights. Thank you.
This shawl's background material is fairly finely woven with a paisley pattern. The embroidery, in contrast, is made with fairly heavy thread. The colors are beautiful. The heavy embroidery makes this particularly good for wearing with a winter coat or on a very chilly day
